To confirm your return and initiate the refund of your deposit, send us a WhatsApp message with your order number, your email address, and 2 photos of each bike (one from the left side, one from the right side—full-body shots with the bike clearly in frame). The message is already pre-filled—all you have to do is fill in the details and attach your photos.
