  • How does renting through a professional partner work?

    We set up bike racks at our partner locations (hotels, campgrounds, tourist offices, etc.). Customers book directly through our online platform, and the business simply hands over and collects the keys to the bike locks during its business hours.

  • Do you offer bike delivery?

    Yes, we offer a delivery service for events (weddings, seminars, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.) and for certain rentals upon request. Delivery charges are determined based on a quote.

  • How do I reserve a bike?

  • How do I return my bike after renting it?

    Returning your bike is quick and easy:

    • For rentals for events or with delivery, our team will provide you with specific instructions regarding the return location and time.

  • Do I need to maintain the bike during the rental period?

    No, all our bikes are inspected and maintained regularly. If you encounter a technical issue, we’ll step in quickly to resolve it.

  • What happens if a bike breaks down or has a problem?

    If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately using the contact options available on our website.

  • Do I need to get rental insurance?

    The user is responsible for any theft or damage. We recommend that you check whether your personal insurance covers such incidents or take out a specific policy for the duration of the rental.

  • Are bicycles suitable for all ages?

    Bicycles: Adults/Teens (ages 14 and up)

    E-bikes: Adults

    20-inch: 1.20 m to 1.35 m

    24-inch: 1.35 m to 1.50 m

    Bicycle trailer: For 1 or 2 children, max. load: 40 kg

    Child seat: Ages 9 months to 5 years, max. load: 20 kg

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept online payments by credit card.

  • Can I extend my bike rental?

    Yes, you can extend your rental simply by making a new bike reservation, provided the bike is still available for booking.

  • Do I need to provide proof of identity to rent a bike?

    For standard rentals, no proof of identity is required. However, for groups or events requiring multiple bikes, we may ask for additional information to help us arrange your reservation as efficiently as possible.

  • What accessories come with the bike?

    Each bike comes with a secure lock.

  • What happens if I lose the key to the lock?

    If you lose the key or any of the included accessories, please notify us immediately. Replacement fees may apply depending on the item lost (key, basket, etc.). We will quickly provide a solution to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Are the bikes equipped for riding at night?

    Yes, all our bikes are equipped with front and rear lights that meet safety standards, so you can ride with peace of mind even after dark.

  • What happens if I return the bike late?

    If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work out a solution together.

  • Are the bikes suitable for people of all fitness levels?

    Yes, our bikes are designed to be comfortable and easy to use, whether you're a beginner or an experienced cyclist. They're perfect for daily commutes, leisurely rides, or sightseeing. Please note, however, that these are mechanical bikes, so you'll need to pedal to move forward.

  • What should you do if your bike is stolen?

    In the event of theft, please notify us immediately and file a report with the local authorities. A copy of the police report will be required to process the claim. In accordance with our terms and conditions, a deductible may apply.

  • I can't take a photo of my bike when I return it. What should I do?

    Cancellations are non-refundable unless a valid reason is provided. Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather during your stay.
