Our estate is located in Rou, a small, peaceful village in the Loire Valley, 7 km from Saumur. Known for its mild climate, fine cuisine, and scenic landscapes, this region is also home to magnificent medieval and Renaissance castles. Rou is the home of La Fouée (a delicious, light roll traditionally filled with rillettes).
